Ingedients:
Palak - 1 bunch
Onion - 1Green gram dal - 1 cup
Green chillies - 2
Cumin seed - 1 tsp
Fennel seed - 1 tsp
Ginger- a small piece
Salt - as per taste
Oil - for frying
Method:
Clean and chop palak. Chop onion.Soak Green gram dal for 2 hours and drain water.
Grind soaked green gram dal with cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies, fennel seeds and salt.
Mix chopped palak and onion with dal.
Fry in hot oil.
